Antithrombotics prescribed at discharge for patients with atrial fibrillation

Atrial fibrillation is a condition in which the upper chambers of the heart do not beat effectively. This increases the risk of blood clot formation, which can cause a stroke. Antithrombotic drugs interfere with the development of blood clots, reducing the risk of stroke. Higher numbers reflect better performance
